05/16/2024 – Master Tough Meetings

will be willing to share.

Psychological safety is a trending term these days, but whether you use it or not, the principle remains the same.

People who feel safe enough to voice their concerns and feelings in meetings will feel better overall about being there. And this isn’t an easy skill, but done well, can take your meetings from something that people dread to really productive uses of time to get things done.

Is there something else you do that I’m missing? Let me know, reply back and share your ideas!

Cheers,

Chris
