I’m a licensed therapist and a certified executive coach. I’ve been passionate about helping leaders perform at their best for the past 7 years. I’ve trained and coached leaders at all levels to give feedback that gets results so that they can get out of the weeds and become more strategic and big-picture in their roles.

I created this course because I’ve seen so many managers struggle with giving effective feedback and getting their employees to perform even the basic tasks consistently.

While I’ve run this course live in the past, this is the first time I’m putting it as a self-paced option.
